Job Description: Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Software Developer at KELOTECH LTD, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications across the entire technology stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers, to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end development will play a crucial role in driving product innovation and ensuring an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into functional features and user interfaces. Build efficient and reusable components and libraries for future use, ensuring clean, maintainable code. Implement responsive designs and ensure that applications perform well across different devices and platforms. Design and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and security. Write APIs and integrate third-party services, ensuring seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues, improving speed, scalability, and reliability. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups. Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance product development and improve coding practices. Ensure security best practices are followed, including data encryption, authentication, and user privacy considerations.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong back-end development skills, including experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs/services. Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git/GitHub. Strong understanding of web security, authentication protocols, and data protection measures. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira and Trello. Ability to write efficient, scalable, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance

Preferred Experience: Experience with mobile app development using React Native, Flutter, or similar frameworks is a plus. Prior experience with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience collaborating with design teams. Experience working in fast-paced environments or start-ups, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
